Stone's Throw Bistro was founded in 2008 by chef/owner Richard Lendino. After working for several years under chef Louis Chatham, Lendino traveled to New York where he received the high honor of executive chef at the early age of 21. After 2 years in New York, Chef Rich returned to Florida to become the chef at Blue Dahlia. After a period of time there, Lendino left to open a restaurant in Metrowest. Fast forward almost three years and the perfect opportunity arrives to return to Sanford to open stone's Throw.
Lendino is commited to bringing the best in fresh, seasonal ingredients made in house.
